Biography
Chester Holtz is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Halıcıoğlu Data Science Institute. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego where he was advised by Professor Chung-Kuan Cheng. His research interests include machine learning and optimization, with a focus on graph-structured data. He enjoys teaching, watching movies, and outdoor recreational activities (swimming/running/climbing).
